The Active Sport & Nature Resort is a project for development of a touristic resort in Brasov county, Romania. The theme will be relaxation, nature and sporting activities as the area offers numerous hiking trails and outdoor activities such as horse riding, bungee jumping, skiing and nature walks.
The area is reachable in a 25 minute drive from the new Ghimbav airport in Brasov or a 2 hour drive from Bucharest airpot. The medieval town of Rasnov is only 8kms away whilst Dracula Castle in Bran and the old city centre of Brasov, main attractions for tourists visiting Romania are also reachable in less than 30 minutes.

Rasnoavei Gorges are a perfect natural setting for mountain sports and leisure activities, provided with specific endowments, easy access and other tourist sites in the vicinity. The landscape is fantastic and most of the tourists visit the area especially during summer, but also in ski season as its within a 20 minute drive from Poiana Brasov, Romania’s premiere skiing destination.
